Cabins

The home base for each camper, each cabin is a little community of its own, where campers learn to live and share together. Campers are in charge of making their beds and cleaning the cabins daily.

Our cabin facilities are modern, each with its own private bathroom. There are bunk beds available, with plenty of storage space for each camper's personal belongings.

Dining

Camp Sky Ranch enjoys a reputation among its campers for excellent food, expertly prepared and served in a clean, inviting environment. Qualified personnel supervise all food preparation. Our kitchen was designed and developed under the supervision of the NC Department of Health and consistently maintains a high Grade A rating each year.

Drinking fountains are located all around the camp to encourage the campers to drink plenty of cool, healthful, mountain water.

Health and Safety

The camper's health, happiness, and safety is our main concern. A close check is kept on the bathroom habits of every camper by the counselors. Our registered nurse personally checks on each camper before "lights out" nightly. A fully-equipped infirmary is maintained for immediate use in emergencies and hospital facilities are nearby.
